Madalah students and staff at a celebration event

Our People

Every member of the Madalah team brings something no training can replicate; real experience of the path our students are walking. Many of our staff have navigated private schools and tertiary study themselves, the homesickness, the code-switching, the pressure of being “the first.” That’s what makes their guidance different. It isn’t theoretical. It’s lived.

Madalah’s Board of Directors provides governance and strategic direction, drawing on experience across education, business, and First Nations leadership. Directors are custodians of Madalah’s mission, ensuring that as the organisation grows, it never loses sight of the students and communities it exists to serve.

Madalah’s work is only possible because of the partners who choose to invest in it, genuinely, not transactionally. From founding partners to new collaborations, every relationship here is built on a shared belief in what First Nations students can achieve, backed by real, ongoing commitment rather than a single gesture.

Corporate partnership with Madalah can take many forms, multi-year scholarship funding, employee mentoring, workplace giving, or event sponsorship. Whatever shape it takes, it starts with a conversation about what genuine impact could look like for your organisation.
