MADALAH Ball

The MADALAH Ball, established in 2016, is held to raise funds to assist in providing educational opportunities for Indigenous students in Western Australia. The Ball attracts 800+ attendees, primarily from West Australian corporations, who have an interest in Indigenous issues and Closing the Gap.

The SOLD OUT 2021 MADALAH Ball was an amazing success celebrating the achievements of our MADALAH students. Funds raised from the generous sponsors and donors, who donated items used in the silent/live auction and raffle, resulted in 36 scholarships; 22 secondary and 12 tertiary.

The MADALAH Ball is back and our students are getting ready to showcase their talent whilst sharing their culture in a night to remember! We are supporting a staggering 444 students this year!

We received 205 secondary applications for scholarships commencing in 2023. Unfortunately, we were not able to support all of these applicants, with 100 secondary students not being granted a scholarship. Please join us and help to Close the Gap in 2024.

2023 will see us support our biggest cohort yet, we awarded 105 secondary, 61 tertiary scholarships! These 166 students have joined our 278 existing students meaning we are supporting a staggering 444 students this year.

We would like to support more students in 2024, please join us and help make a difference to our students lives!
