MADALAH staff were invited to this year’s SEDA College Year 12 Graduation held at Crown Perth!
The night began with a Welcome to Country from Jayden Boundry. Jayden played the Didgeridoo and said some encouraging words to the Year 12 students. SEDA Principal Rocky Collins then addressed the room to greet everyone and commence the ceremony.
The student leaders introduced each sporting group with an engaging video featuring their favourite memories from 2022. Then a second video was played introducing each graduate showcasing their wonderful personalities.
The SEDA Group Baldja Mob performed a dance alongside Jayden who played the Didgeridoo. The Baldja Mob got the crowd involved in their last performance incorporating claps of encouragement. In Jayden’s words “The louder you clap the stronger they dance”!
Students were then presented with several awards. MADALAH’s Year 12 scholar Terraley Penny won the “Values Award for Resilience”! We are extremely proud of her achievements. We would also like to give credit to all of the scholars that were nominated.
MADALAH would like to sincerely thank SEDA College for inviting us to this wonderful event!
